Big O Tires

Be honest with customers. I was informed that my car needed additional repairs. After taking the car to 4 different mechanics, they all informed me that the problem Big O Tires identified was not a problem. I was given an estimate of $1034.00. to fix the master brake cylinder and additional parts when there was absolutely nothing wrong with them.

Trailer was not done at end of day, did not revive a phone call or anything. Stood in front of counter while 3 employees stood There talking about how hungry they were… literally 4-5 minutes before one of them finally said, “do you need something” wAe not even greeted or said they would be right with me. I’m in customer service and this a the first thing a consumer coerce, bad service can be tolerated when at least there is an acknowledgement you are there. I was not told about needing to buy extra care so that my tires are covered. But on my recipes it is marked that they told me and I declined. One employee at the end did apologize for taking forever. But at that point, I was beyond dissatisfied. Will not be doing business there again. Plenty of tire stores in the valley.

Don’t perform an alignment on my vehicle when I asked for it to not be done and then charge me for it. There was no proof showing that my vehicle even needed the alignment.

I bought tires through Leroy but paid for them over your counter including the original mount and balance charges. I was told that my "free" rotation would only be honored this one time since there are new owners. I guess I got charged for the balance that was supposedly done at the time of install and the rotate. My charges were $49.99 plus .18 tax which totaled $53 and some change??? The technicians acted like they'd rather be any place else. I have no confidence in the work that was done nor the integrity of the shop.

This tire purchase was a comedy of errors. The tires were not in stock on saturday that I wanted. the price was higher than I found online, the associate found a tire I could get within my price range which would be there monday which avoided my going to walmart instead, my wife goes in monday to be told the tired wont be there until tuesday, then wednesday. she goes in wednesday and we are told that the price we were quoted was wrong, and the person who quoted us the tires was no longer with the company. All this said we were very dis satisfied with this purchase experience. But in the past we have received excellent care at this location, and this one very bad experience will not stop us from using them again

I brought my car to fix a tire which was correctly fixed. I also asked to do tire rotation. One associate called me before the service was done that there a number of brake issues that need fixing and gave me the price details. I refused to do any extra service beyond fixing the tire and rotating tires. When the car was handed back to me, I can clearly hear a noise coming out of the tires/wheels/brakes.. I brought the car back to fix this new issue but they tried to tell me it is because of the brake issues my car has.. all I wanted is get my car in the same state it was.. and I got it in a worse state. Very dissatisfied with the service

Final price came out larger than originally quoted. Time went 3x quoted time for completion. After looking into other providers, feel hugely overcharged for services. And after having had multiple vehicles and vehicle needs serviced at this location, truly shocked at the cost and time of completion today.

Stick to the price that was originally quoted. And if a location has a problem with mounting tires that we're purchased elsewhere. Then maybe not offer to do it all.

If someone has an appointment do not take other individuals before them. I know men must stick together but it's a bad practice. I also had appointment for tires, oil change, and alignment. They did not have the oil filter or the items necessary for an alignment. I was there 4 1/2 hours and my job still is not done.
