Freddy E., along with the rest of the staff, were very friendly and helpful. The wait time was perfectly estimated.

Everyone I spoke to was friendly, and everything pertaining to the service, and the cost of said service, was explained thoroughly.

I left my vehicle to have an oil change and the tires rotated and was told it would take appx 45 minutes. I walked to the gym and about 45 minutes later I got a call that my car was ready.

All the guys were great and did a great job as always. They are outstanding and Funny at times. Also thank you for the sees suckers. I relived My childhood all over again. You’re the best ever. See you next time.

I had trouble at the Pocatello Big O but decided to give the Boise Idaho store a chance. Robert was amazing. Not only did he track down and order the tires I needed (I had been searching for 2 weeks), he got me in as soon as they arrived.
