Big O Tires

Robert diagnosed the problem quickly and had it repaired in a satisfactory time frame. The price was good for the work completed. The vehicle runs better because of the service i received.

Robert was very helpful and patient with me as I decided on the tires to put on my truck. Also he was very professional and was very polite, as well he treated other customers very well even when one was very rude to him.

I have used Big O for every car I have owned and always been very satisfied with their service. This was the first time I had this Big O perform any services for me and I was very happy with Robert and his kindness and thorough explanation of the services I needed done on my car. He also provided guidance on future needs if I intend on keeping my car longer than I’m currently plan. I will continue to utilize this Big O store as long as I am in Boise

Rob I think his name is was great. He answered all of my questions znd did not try to over sell me on anything.

The gentleman who helped me was very helpful. He explained what tires would be best for my vehicle and off roading adventures. When an unexpected problem arose while having new tires put on, communication was great n the way he explained things for me to understand was excellent.
