It took three visits to get the problem resolved. I had to insist on the replacement of the serpentine belt before they replaced it. Works fine now!

While getting tires rotated on my GMC Sierra on 12/26 2022, after service and the technician backing my truck out my cab smelled of tobbaco. My truck has never been smoked in. After getting home and thinking about how unprofessional this was I called back to Big O and made a complaint,explaining my concern and dissatisfaction of having someone smoke in my truck.

Loise didn't commuicate length of backorder, install not done after delivery of order, one week later Chris handled my first call to fix issure and passed it back to Loise, my second call 3 more days later found Loise hadn't checked satis of repair, Loise finial called back to say repair would take another two hours, at pick up the charge was discounted from $135 to $85. Follow up is foremost in customer service. Lois didn't get it.

I would get rid of scheduling an appointment online. I scheduled an appointment and it took 2 hours for a oil change
