The online scheduling was super convenient. The staff were very pleasant and my service was done in a very timely fashion. Could not ask for more

The customer service was very good, they were very good at communicating updates, and it was very fast and easy to schedule my initial appointment as well as a follow-up appointment.

I made an appt. online early morning, and they had a spot, same day, within hours, that was a plus! I came in, and less than five minutes later, my car was being lifted up in the garage to start the work. What started out as an oil change, actually, potentially was a "Life saver" as they pointed out severe damage and neglect to a major component in my break system (previous owner neglect ;) I would never... haha) The gentleman at the desk brought me out to the garage to show me exactly what was happening (Explaining a dragging metal noise that started less than 48 hours prior) and what needed to be replaced ASAP. He got me a quote and once I approved it, they started the work strait away, and had the parts delivered, replaced and my car back up and running within hours (Oil change somewhere in that mix as well). It was made very clear to me what needed to be done and it's importance, and the job was well done! Lobby area was nice, staff was nice (Some old familiar faces), and it was a nice change being seen same day, that fast! I've been fallowing my dad around Big O' tires since the 80's, so this was nice to have one in my own town now!

Bought a construction use trailer the day prior, when getting to leave town on business discovered that 2 tires were bald with wires showing. Figured I would try Big O tires first since it’s new in town. I’ve previously given all my work to Les Schwab here in town. Upon my arrival I was promptly greeted. I let the tech know my situation. Not only did the location have the needed tires in stock but they immediately got to work on my trailer. I was sitting in my truck when 2 guys came out with floor jacks and got to work. I felt like I had pulled into a pit crew. I was in and out of the shop within 3 minutes with 4 new tires installed. While taking care of my trailer they also greased the axle bearings without my request. I was blown away at how amazing the service was for a shop only open 2 weeks. I assumed that Big O brought in many staff from other locations for their opening, when I asked I was told that only a few were brought in. Great job getting this business and training your staff. You guys killed it.
