Get work done in the time promised. There was more then a few other customers checked in after me with similar service needed, that were not n and out before me. The tire line is on a first come first serve basis. I definitely got pushed to the back of the line. I sat in the lobby for 3 hours when promised no more then 2 hours.

Be clear about timing of install. Additionally be communicative about anything would cause the install to go longer. Lastly, don't install tires, remove vehicle from garage, then wait an hour to bring vehicle back in garage for an alignment. Very frustrating to see that it was within 10mins of additional work to be completed only to be removed for other vehicles to be worked on. Also don't take walk-in customers while my vehicle was in this state in between post-installation/pre-alignment.

My original salesgal, Angela, could help me get a refund of the "mandatory" extra: tpms recalibrate / tpms kits = $5.99 x 6 tires. I would've expected THAT to be covered in her original quote.

Actually keep appointments or just not offer them at all and tell customers that tires are first come first served. If you actually do first come first served, follow through. I dropped my truck off at 7:45am and no one touched it until 10:30am and I had a 9am appointment. I was only served when I asked what was going on. I have much more to say but 1200 characters is not enough.
