Friendly service and fair price

Fast and easy experience getting tires swapped for winter. The lady at the fromt desk was both efficient and a pleasure to deal with. Didn’t feel like I was over paying at all. Also I’m glad to see a new business in the valley that isn’t just ran by investors or some big corporate company. Glad to see it family owned and operated by such kind and welcoming people. Will definitely be using big o tires for all my future tire and maintenance needs.

I was greeted promptly. They took my vehicle right away. The technician showed me the tire wear on my tires. When they were finished, they handed me the paperwork. I asked them how much I owe them, they said no charge for an existing customer. I told them I will be back in the next 10K miles to buy my next set of tires. I am very happy that Big O Tires opened up in town 9 months ago. This is my go to for tires and service !

The team was prompt and told me clearly what the timeline to receive the tires they called me as soon as they arrived to let me know.
