I’m very very satisfied with my purchase I will not stop by sooner just because I spent my birthday’s budget for Pandora and every time that stop by I can’t get out without purchasing something

Mainly the cost and not enough variety, I got the bracelet as a birthday gift but have yet to find a suitable Birthday charm.

Associates were available but not approaching me to ask if I needed help.

We were the only ones in the store and had asked an associate (Remi) for the charm that we wanted, she ignored us, and acted as if she heard us but two other customers came 5-10 mins later and started helping them and never even got to us. We waited another 30 mins for a manager and we complained. Nothing was really done, we just had to wait. Again, when we came in, we knew what we wanted and had asked for it right away.

Emily the salesperson who helped me was very helpful, very nice and I definitely commend her on her customer service skills.
