I has purchased a bracelet online that was too large. I went in to exchange it for a smaller size. The associate helping me was extremely friendly and helpful. She actually helped me pick a charm to add to my collection. Superb customer service!

Kelly that works there was EXTREMELY AMAZING!! She helped me create a great set up for my bracelet and charms and we even talked about our lives which really meant a lot to me because I don’t talk much but her spirit, presence and vibe was astounding and I wish their was more Kelly’s in the world like her because she made my trip to Austin worth while💜THANK YOU SO MUCH KELLY! You’re definitely the greatest employees ever!
