Sale person did not print a hard copy receipt for me. When i asked, she told me that she emailed the receipt to me. I didn't receive my email receipt at all because my email address was wrong. I had to come back to the store to get the receipt reprinted

the day, I visited this Pandora store was the day after Christmas, it was busy after 30' open. This store was short of staffs. Two staffs were there so I had to wait for about 20' to get helped

The lady who helped me seemed very passive aggressive. I’ve noticed the associates will just stand in front of you and wait while you look around which made me feel rushed and like I couldn’t look around comfortably. The lady who also helped me out threw her tablet on the table in front of me, not even exaggerating, instead of handing it over to me.

Sales rep over charged me and then I went back to get the adjustment and she still didn’t give me the full discount I was entitled to so I overpaid for my items. I plan on returning. Should educative sales reps on discounts and promotions
