I placed an online order and didn't realize the free bracelet got automatically deleted from my cart, because I went $5 under the amount when I added a coupon code. The sales associates (all of them) were very nice and helpful in allowing me to return everything and then repurchase it so that I could get the bangle . Very very thankful for their patients and their help to get what I needed for my mom for Christmas.
