The service was great. Shalini showed several charms that she thought I would be interested and like. Then I was able to make my choice was hard to decide.

Both associates that were working at the time were very nice and hospitable. The associate Heather that helped me pick out my promise ring was quick but still attentive to all my needs. I am so happy with my purchase thanks to these ladies.

I already knew what I was going to get and Abby greeted me, listened to what I wanted and went right to it. I was in a time crunch and she was able to help me quickly. She was polite and caring.

The workers was extremely helpful. Amanda went above and beyond to build me the perfect mother charm bracelet for Christmas. And while we was doing that the other 3 helped keep my 5 year old calm and helped us get some ideas on rings for her for Christmas. Definitely going back to get them soon, just didn't wanna get them with her there lol. They even took the time to size her little fingers for us. Super impressed with how kind and helpful these girls were!!!!
