Macy’s customer service makes me happy enough to go back again.

I walked in was greeted as soon as I entered. I asked for a particular product and Kayla knew exactly where it was. She showed me additional pieces and recommended several to go along. We bonded over vacation charms and was a great conversation reassured my purchase with the company
