The store was very welcoming and our sales associate was knowledgeable and allowed us time to shop and pick charms with meaning to us. He was not at all pushy and we appreciated that.

Jonathan was very friendly. We were not oversold. A recommendation was made. Merchandise was set out in display for us that was not already in display when we mentioned we were looking for earrings.

Staff was very friendly and helped in a lot of different ways. My bracket needed to be cleaned and the employees helped me, now my bracket looks new again.

Heather was very nice to me, she helped me get my ring replaced quickly. I love that they have sample accessories in the store for you to try on.

The sales associates Macy and Jonathan were extremely knowledgeable! They gave me many options in rings to try on until I found the perfect one. They then provided me with matching earrings.

When I went into the store I was greeted and asked if I was there for a special reason, my sister and I told them mothers day! They said we were in luck because they were having a special. They were very patient and engaging with us. Honestly it was the best customer service experience I have had in my life!!!! Heather and Jonathan were their names and they were absolutely fabulous. My sister and I have been talking about them since we left I literally want to come back as soon as I can just to see them and purchase more stuff. Those are the type of employees you feel honored to buy merchandise from seriously. I would have bought it even if I didn't like the merchandise just based off of the customer service they provided today!!!! Amazing they have made my week and I cannot wait to bring my mother in to meet them and buy more charms for her bday in July!!!!
