My last visit at this big o was less than pleasant. With new management here, I will be back.

It was fast and great. The customer service was friendly and pleasant, but being told billing. Was told certain things was not on quote like mounting/ disposal fee. when I was told that I was in DISAPPOINTED because I read my quote and receipt for the tires I purchased. To try and get over a customer like that is how places loose customers.

The crew is always friendly and professional. Anytime I have a problem with my tires big o is were I go. The place is always clean and the crew tires to be as fast as possible. Thank you for your service

Sales associate was very accommodating. We were from out of town and stranded until we could get the vehicle fixed. Grateful for his help

This comment includes both visits as I had an issue with my original tire purchase. I had ordered sumitomo tires for my Honda Hybrid online, checked in for my appointment, installation completed and off I went not knowing how my gas milage would decrease by 15-20 mpg. During drop off I wish the associate would have told me this was a possibility. Anyways returned to the store 4 days later for a tire exchange. Associate was understanding but he also did mention that someone should have mentioned the gas mileage could be affected with non OE tires. Exchange and installation of new OE michelin energy saver tires completed same day. All is well now.

Came in to get new tires your guy's discovered a problem to my issue's of going thru a set of tires every year explained to me what I needed to do and decided to complete the issue did another alignment and Yukon has nevee felt so much better driving her now. THANK YOU VERY MUCH GUY'S I Appreciate you all.

I made my appointment online. I checked in and my car was already moved inside to get 4 new tires and rotation. It was done in about an hour. Everyone was very helpful and friendly.
