Big O Tires

The web page sucked for check in the drop in menu did not work. The guy never called me back.

I didn’t mean to put not highly satisfied.I thought I put that I WAS highly satisfied

I went in to put winter tires on my vehicle and swap out summer tires. well the sumitomo tires i purchased there on 4/2022 were no longer any good. i was sold terrible tires and now next year i will need a new set of summer tires. Since i was not communictaed this i will shop other tire retailers next year.

Hello, I was quoted 1000$ without tax for somebody to change my break pads. That is a ridiculous price. I just spent like almost 700 dollars with the shop and then they tell me AFTER they told me my car was ready that the break pads are needing replaced and made it seem urgent. I hate this salesman technique, and I hate that price. I will probably never bring my car back here if those are the prices for something as simple as break pads. I can do it myself for probably 200$. I understand there is a labor cost, but 800$ worth of labor cost? Come on...unless prices come down, I don't see myself using big mechanic shops like this anymore.

The tires were overinflated for the vehicle (specs clearly visible inside driver door frame). The whole rear end "floats" like I'm riding on balloons. Also, when I book an "appointment", I don't feel like it should take over an hour to get my vehicle into the shop.

They were able to contact me to advise me that I needed an alignment. Told me the price but didn't update me on the overall price then did not call me when the vehicle was complete. I feel like they were able to call me when they had something to sell me but once the work was complete they were not able to call me

I made a appointment and waited one and half hours. I understand it was a Saturday and they were extremely busy but would have been nice to keep me updated on the progress.

it was good thy did not try and pressure me into anything went over the price with me on the tire and made sur the I got the correct one and stated within my budget.

My information was not saved in the system, so the visit took slightly longer. I also was not called when my vehicle was ready.
