I asked for an oil change too but didn’t receive it

I ordered tires online and called over the phone to verify. When I went to pick up the tires the next day they were the wrong size

I wasn't happy about customer service when I dropped off my car. There was no one up front and no one seemed worried about several customers waiting in the reception area. At the time of pickup, it was completely different. Great customer service and great communication and friendly staff.

I was told the alignment would take 45 minutes to an hour, and it took more than 2 hours.

You have an awesome team and awesome customer service but somehow they drop the ball on doing my alignment so I have to return at a later date.

Don’t just blow smoke and guess what is wrong. Took it to theater and they found the issue right away.

Having someone at the counter that is knowledgeable in the servicing of tires. Not being told by the person at the counter I don’t know if we have those, they might be special order.(Metal Valve Stems) And when asked well what do you use when doing G rated tires. "I don’t know I don’t do tires". At this point I walked out and called Les Schwab. And if it wasn’t for the wait at Les Schwab you would have lost the business. When I returned to the loobby there was second person at the counter who had a clue and was great to work with.

Communicate price of alignment before doing the service, this could have saved me $200 for something that wasn’t absolutely necessary based on before/after pics

This is the 3rd time I made appointments and checked in ON TIME . Yet my vehicle sat in the parking lot anytime of 45 min to 1hr30min past the appointment time. One time I had tire rotation and oil change scheduled and the car sat over 1.5 hours after the appointment time. Then both services were performed in less than 15 min. Upon arrival at home I inspected the tires and noticed they were NOT rotated as they said they did. I mark my tires and all 4 tires were still at the same spot I turned the car in . Why do I make appointments if I end up sitting there for over an hour before my car gets touched. This is highly disappointing.

I scheduled an appointment and said I was going to wait. When I got there they told me not to wait. I had a single tire to be replaced. I then left and called back 3 hours later asking if the tire was finished and they then started it. When I got there, they loaded the wrong tire in my truck and then I had to wait for them to actually changed my tire when I was told it was finished
