Big O Tires

There was supposed to be a free safety inspection and my daughter asked if the suspension was included. They told her they would look at it and when she picked up the car she was charged for that. She wasn’t informed of the cost up front. She wasn’t given much of an explanation of the inspection list and it basically just covered everything without clarification.

The alignment on this vehicle was 175.00. double what I paid at the dealer for my car. both are awd vehicles. I looked on the website for a "ballpark" price, without finding anything. This was after I was charged 125.00 to cut off 2 locking lug nuts that I did not have the key for. The service was good, but you should be ashamed to charge the prices that you do!!

When an appointment is made, it should be honored or just stop allowing appointments to be made. The associate was not very forthcoming with information and knew that our vehicle was pushed down the order. The vehicle service was acceptable but customer service was abysmal. Will look around before coming back.

The tech said it would take 45 min and I walked out 1 hour and a half later. The cost was $90 for a rotation and flat fix wich Les Schwab did the exact same service on the same vehicle six months prior for $25. I wouldn’t mind paying that much if it was speedy service. And after I got home I’m pretty sure my rim was dropped because there was a chip of paint missing and some damage where that pried off the hub cap. So I will not return to Big O tires

The crew was fine. It's the process I was frustrated with. I scheduled a 7:30 am appointment only to find out the tires I selected online weren't in stock.I returned just before noon when I was told they would be there and ended up spending 3+ hours sitting in the waiting room.I scheduled that early time hoping to get the tires replaced first thing in the morning so I could spend the rest of my day off with the family. I was irritated and frustrated that the system would accept my requested appointment only to waste my whole day sitting in the facilities waiting fir ask the other vehicles being serviced. What's the point of scheduling a time when the system doesn't work.

Bought four new tires, picked up vehicle and drove to salt lake to find my rear passenger tire flat, took of dust cap and found valve core was screwed all the way in

My appointment was at 930. I checked in at 915 - at 10 am my car was still sitting in the parking lot. I went to the associate and complained that's when my car was pulled into the bay 10 min later. 20 min later my car was done with an oil change AND a tire rotation. I call BS !!!! THIS IS THE SECOND TIME I WAS LIED TO . LAST YEAR WHEN I PURCHASED 4 NEW TIRES AND NEVER RECEIVED THE REBATE FORM. WILL LEAVE FEEDBACK ON GOOGLE ACCORDINGLY.

Don't lie to your customers after I talked to the manager he told me he would call me back to see what he figured out about why his mechanic lied about my brakes and he never called me. So please don't be shady, just be honest

Tire rotation is one of the services we had performed. during this process the car was sent on its way with one lug nut that didn’t match the car. For safety I understand having to put all on even if one came up missing. But not to mention it and have us discover it on our own was a little troublesome. Another note, small and somewhat insignificant, but big o always cleaned and wiped down the rims and tires on rotation. A nice simple touch that simple said we care and we did rotate your tires. The way I found out they actually had work done to them was the different lug nut that was installed. We have had our cars personally and buisness serviced at Big O for over 15 years. Things seem a bit different lately. Thanks for the opportunity to explain our concerns.

Price online was 200$ different
