I was suppose to receive an instant $70 discount for purchasing a full set of Cooper tires. I did not receive the discount.

They said the alignment was free and I was $250 but at the end it was $444. I asked the guy why and he said because the alignment we had to do and they never communicated anything with me and charged me an extra $160 I went back I was able to get $59 back but they gypped me 109 bucks, my wife is about to get four tires and I will never go there again because I was treated bad and made me spend an extra $109 if I would get my hundred dollars back I would go back.

First off, I made an appointment for specific tires, tires were not available, had to buy different ones. I waited 4 hours for installation, and following installation the balance was off on all tires. I brought the car back 2 days later, supposedly the team rebalanced the tires, to which they were not balanced. Today I took the car to another shop, they removed all the balance beads (which aren’t meant for passenger cars) had to remove all tires and completely re-mount and balance to get them to zero. $150 later, I now have balanced tires your team could not fix. I would appreciate a refund based on the incompetence of your technicians.

Took my vehicle in thinking they did free flat repairs. Instead they charged me almost 30 dollars for it, and didn't even fix the flat; my tire is still leaking air!!! Also took well over an hour just to fix a flat and they did not seem busy at all.

All four of my 4 month old wheels were damaged by the teeth on your tire machine. The manager (Ramiro T) lied to me and told me that it’s normal to have gouges in your wheels from the tire machine. I told him it’s NOT normal, then he tells me he can’t do anything about the damage. Other tire stores have never damaged my wheels like this, and I’ve been to a lot of stores over the years. At a minimum he could’ve offered my money back for the labor I paid for the service.

1. We scheduled on a Sunday electronically, came in on a Tuesday, checked in. When it was time to pay, the representative said that our coupon expired even though it was still showing. He said it was because we scheduled on a Sunday... 2. We specifically made an appointment and dropped off the car at 8:30 am. It was not ready till 3:30 pm and the associate lied on the phone that it will be ready by 2:30, I got a ride from a family member to pick up my car to only wait till 3:30. I was late to pick up my child from school. I work full time as a teacher and i planned ahead accordingly - no one cared.

Get in sync with you online appointment scheduling, someone needs to be held accountable for botched appointments. Store clerk tried to blame corporate for the screw up. I made the reservation on the 3rd, I received an email confirming my appointment then I received another email reminding me of the appointment. I get to the appointment early and they have no clue what is going on. No one ordered the tires I requested and they had no idea who was supposed too. I scheduled the appointment so I would have the rest of the day to do my job, but had to take the whole day off because I had to come back 3 hours later to have the tires put on once they got there. Then had to wait for an excessive amount of time (in my opinion) when I got back for them to install them. Then I had to ask the counter agent why it was taking so long. He informed me they were waiting for an alignment. I told them to stop and give me my truck back I was going to be late for my afternoon appointment. So no alignment check was performed because I could no longer waste my time at you store.
