I will not stay here again. I was reluctant to stay after reading the reviews, but decided to try it anyway since it is a very classic vegas hotel. The First night I was pick pocketed. Our blackjack dealer (Eileen) was literally the rudest dealer I've ever met, not helpful, no eye contact, just rude. One of your cocktail waitresses gave my girlfriend a really bad attitude because she didn't "move" out of her way. It was my girlfriends first time in Vegas, and I look like a chum as Eileen is condescending to her first attempt at blackjack, and the waitress is giving her a stare that could kill. My room (4210, Johnson) has broken and banged up furniture, fridge didn't stay cold enough at all, the toilet runs all night if you don't jiggle the handle just right, and a speaker playing classic rock blaring near my window for NOBODY outside ALL DAY. I was also overcharged for breakfast this morning at wicked Vickys tavern, maybe intentional, maybe not, but it was DEFINITELY not the amount I signed for my card (I will be disputing this charge). Not to mention EVERY TIME I walk from my elevator to the casino floor, I am harassed to see a time share presentation. Why try to sell rooms if you can't even maintain them? If you want to try to redeem yourselves, please contact me immediately at 714-604-6871. Jonathan Johnson room 4210. I am staying one more night (Tuesday, tonight) I just wanted her first time to vegas to be memorable in a good way, not in a bad way, and this basically feels like a giant waste of time and money. Hopefully this reaches someone who cares about retention and the power of referrals and restoring an experience. Thank you
