Shawn and Luke are awesome. They called before removing a stubborn TPMS, asking if it was okay to apply more pressure and break it. I said sure since it's a 13 year old car with 200k miles. It didn't end up breaking but that's not Big O's fault. When I picked up the car though, the TPMS light was still on. Luke said it was in learning mode and would clear up in 10 minutes. I drove it around for 45 minutes but it wouldn't clear. I brought it back and Shawn had a tech look at it and they found another bad TPMS. Shawn asked if I wanted to leave it or drop the car off for another day. The tech spoke up and said he could have it repaired in 10 minutes. Which was great customer service. After the tech repaired it, Luke ensured the TPMS light was off and returned the keys to me "no charge" due to me being inconvenienced. The three of them worked as a team to ensure another satisfied customer. Thanks Shawn, Luke, and technician (wish I got his name).

Great service just had tires mounted on wheels they did a great job called me when they were done I’ll come back for more service thank you hard to find good service anymore

Ease of scheduling online, ability to tell me the exact price I would pay for the tire to be replaced, Shawn was extremely friendly to not juat me but to everyone coming in on a busy Saturday
