Internet was out and needed to go get cash only for the transaction as the credit card reader was out as well.

don't believe there are "degrees" of satifaction. service is either good or it isn't.

They did not fill my low tires

I had brand new tires not even 4 months old and ran into a screw. Had to replace a 400 buck tire and we could repair it. Just thought I got a warranty but they couldn't find it.

I had a flat tire and it cost $140 for the replacement tire. That price for a non-matching tire is extortion. Can't really blame Big O for it but, it should not cost that much for a single tire.

They said it would take like an hour and half, which I spent eating at the chili’s they shared the parking lot with, then came back and spent another 30-40 minutes waiting for it to finish. Can’t exactly hold that against them, sometimes the labor just takes what it takes. There were flies buzzing around the waiting area the whole time, that was a little annoying. The price was more than I expected because my dealership quoted much lower, but was just for changing pads and Big O did a bunch more stuff. Now my car is running much better, and they kept me informed on when to get transmission checked out which was very helpful. All in all, good service!
