I told Shawn that I had just got new tires on my car last August and he said no it was 2019. I found my receipts and it shows that i had some problem with my tires a little over a year ago. Why am I having to buy new tires every year?

I had to ask for tire valve caps as mine were never put back on. My tire pressure was 7lbs low, I have 10 ply tires and the pressure was set for factory tires. After my alignment was finished my steering wheel was not straight. Bringing it back in to correct.

Vehicle should be alighted with the steering wheel straight. Never had an issue with aligning the vehicle until I came here

If I schedule an appointment for 8am my vehicle shouldn't go in at the time of someone who showed up an hour later for their appointment and have their vehicle done before mine.

When a part is broken I should be informed. Not thrown to the side and hope I don't notice. Also not hooking the sensor back up could have lead to a safety issue.

I'm An African American And On This MLK Day. Was Ignored After Waiting Awhile And Told To Hold On Twice. Another White Employee Came Out, I Spoke Out To Him, He Looked At Me, Ignored Me And Went Back Inside The Garage. I Then Went To The Garage And Tapped On The Window, Where Every White Dude In There Looked At Me, And Outright Acted Like I Wasn't Even There. The Disrespect And Hurt That I Felt On This Day From These White Employee Left Me Feeling Sad. Especially On MLK Day. All Can Say, Is If You're A Black Person Or Person Of Color, Don't Take Your Business Here. Supporting A White Nationalist Business Such As This One, Is Not Worthy. I Couldn't Believe All Those White Dudes In That Garage Looking At Me Tapping On The Window And Just Flat Out Ignoring Me, Not Even To Come Out And Talk To Me At All. I Could Understand If I Was Being Rude Or Obnoxious In Some Way, I'm Simply Not That Way. I'm Very Respectful To All. Again, If You're Black Or Person Of Color, DO NOT BRING YOUR BUSINESS TO THIS STORE... They're On Some White Nationalist Donald Punk Type Sh!t. You've All Been Warned.
