Big O Tires

I had the tires rotated on my 2020 ram. Everything was fine till i got home and seen i was missing a hub cap. I call and the person that answered the phone acted like i was someone that did know anything about working on things. I have been a mechanic for over 20 years. I am not some jo blow that doesnt knwo how things work. I told them that i was missing my hub cap and i asked if it was sitting in the shop. I was told the tech put all the caps on. I told them then he did not get it installed right. They tried to tell me that they can just fall off. Well only if it got broken when he removed it or he installed it wrong. The hub caps on my truck done go on easy. You have to hit them with your hand to get them to go on all the way. So i had to spend money to replace something that was not of my doing. It was because they did not get it installed right. So i will not be buying any more tires from you. I have been buying tires from you for several years. After these are ready to be replaced i will not be coming back to big o tire again. I will not recomend you to anyone again.

If you’re not going to complete the service at the scheduled time, you should call the customer and make them aware

Advertised price was not what I was charged. $29 oil change advertised but you hid labor and filter charges. Total bill was $81.

Have oil filters on hand for oil change appointments. Complete tire repairs a bit quicker than 2.5 hours after the secheduled appointment time.
