I have been coming to this Big O tires store after having a bad experience in a different Big O tires store in a different city. Its further out of my way, but the Ankeny Iowa store righted the wrong and I have been returning since. I wont go any where else. This team is very professional and does an excellent job in what they do. I have purchased 2 sets of tires for my vehicles here and plan on getting another set here in about a year. I will buy them at this store.

I was highly satisfied because my appointment was under an hour even though the store was incredibly busy! The workers were incredibly nice! I would highly recommend this location and Big O Tires to anybody!

The staff made a special effort to replace a tire that "blew out" despite that fact they had a filled schedule. The staff members were very helpful in replacing the tire on the warranty plan that I purchased when I bought the tire. The only costs were for mounting the tire and disposing of the ruined tire. Fantastic service!
