Be clear on the pricing of the product. When you put in 3.9 quarts of oil, only charge for 3.9 quarts. Not 5 quarts.

When I made my appointment, I told him I had a coupon for synthetic oil change. He said nothing to me on the phone that he couldn’t use it so I don’t want to pay. I put my coupon on the counter the guy that was ringing me up, just totally ignored my coupon And he told me it was $99. I asked why he said because he couldn’t do a regular synthetic oil change. He had to do a full service synthetic oil change. Why couldn’t he just tell me that in the first place instead of totally ignoring me, very disappointed , I will not be back very rude of him

Don’t steal customers stuff. Actually call when the work is completed, I had to call to see if the work was done. Again, don’t steal from customers. While a metal valve stem cap is minor, it was a gift and you shouldn’t steal anything.

After I said they were quite a bit higher than I was expecting, the friendly demeanor I initially received quickly changed when I said I wanted to price around. Found a shop that came highly recommended for more than half the price I was quoted. My car was dead in the parking lot upon pick up which I understood why but when I asked for a jump so I could leave, acted like they didn't even want to give me the time of day. Asked for a jump from a customer in the shop and arrived to my destination just fine.

After scheduling for an oil change and tire rotation having to wait for oil filter to show while tire rotation was never done until after the tech pulled my car out and being told my service was complete then having me ask if tire rotation was performed then having my car pulled back in to perform rotation is not great service.

Oil change scheduled a week ago. Took and hour and half for oil change. Once got home, vehicle is leaking oil

Alignment was not performed correctly and had to bolt back in to correct the issue
