Just complete the job

I took my vehicle in for a wheel alignment and tire rotation. The tech broke a lug nut and stud on my vehicle and they didn’t replace it. Told me it was fine to drive and the next morning my vehicle started shaking and I got into an accident!!! I will be suing you guys.

Don’t tell your customer it will take less than an hour and it takes 2.5 hours and then act as though I’m unreason when I ask why it’s taken so long.

I made an appointment for 9:00 am. I am a low wage earner so to pay for this I have to work 7 hours. I value time so I make appointments. After 45 minutes I asked male manager when my car was going to be serviced. He got upset that I had the gall to ask him. Boom car completed in 15 minutes. Tires not rotated as asked and the specific reason I came in not addressed. Look how nice the “gave me” my non existent tire rotation that I scheduled for. These are new employees from my last visit and the quality and service is horrible. I won’t be returning as I have concerns that even my oil was changed. I always notice in increase in gas mileage and since my oil change I actually have seen a decrease in mileage. I have the right to ask about my car when my appointment is still sitting there 45 minutes passed my scheduled time without the male manager getting upset with me. It’s a valid question that I as the paying customer who values her time and money has the right to ask without getting attitude. If I was mean, horrible, yelling, or any of those bad deeds some customers pull I would understand. No, I asked nicely and he became immediately defensive. I feel lucky.
