Big O Tires

My problem was accurately diagnosed and repair made quickly. Professional staff.

For what they were provided, they did a pretty good job. Biggest issue was the quantity of options. I had looked for tires and there were many with deals, but none available at Big O for some reason.

Taylor Webb originally quoted my purchase and when I returned to make my purchase the store was short staffed (illness, etc. ?) but Taylor made sure that my tires could be installed even though they had to work after store closing. The reason I bought tires there was a result of the excellent (and free) help Taylor and her team gave me when I had Problem with tire inflation. Taylor is an exemplary employee and very pleasant to transact business with.

First, the gentleman that checked me in specifically spoke to me instead of overlooking me and talking to my husband. Great job getting things done quickly! Awesome service!

I was able to come in with no notice and towards the end of the day and get a new battery put in, in a very short time.

Numerous times I have had low tires and this location is always very happy to check and fill them for me. I have always been treated with very kind employees in every area of the shop. Front and back. Today I dropped My vehicle off as this location was always busy. My tires all needed checked. One kept getting low. I was Called back within a few hours. All tires had been checked, filled, and new valve stems put on. Since we purchase our tires here, today’s service was free of charge. The shop is always busy, always honest, always happy to help and get us in.
