I didn’t appreciate the fact Staney automatically being added I had to request to have it taken off. Honestly I thought bigO included the warranty without additional costs. $35 a tire seems a bit over the top to me

Weren't able to check the transmission fluids. This should be available for all vehicles new and old.

They couldn’t fix the part. They received the wrong part and had to request the correct part. It took more than an hour to complete. The part cost a lot of money.

Your billing document is not clear. The invoice did not specify labor and the tire road hazard warranty separately. I went back to the store to determine why the the invoice did not match the list of services provided. It was explained satisfactorily, but my extra trip to the store and confusion could have been easily avoided if your invoice showed explicitly what was purchased.

Parts are way over priced. Tech did not know how to remove locked lugnuts without a key. I had to take the vehicle to another shop to have locked lug nuts removed. Then return for a brake job.

I checked the price of the parts for the repair work purchased. Some of the parts were marked up three hundred percent. Anti-freeze was overpriced. I was charged for filling and removal also charged for labor for changing anti freeze. The thermostat was replaced and the case that holds the oil filter. Plus the spark plugs were changed. Total came to $1960.00 Way to much!!!!
