Hand and Stone

Other spa experiences may have spoiled me where rooms are more spacious and comfortable. However I've also had worse and Hand and Stone was above average and I do see myself returning!

I am visiting this location but my home location (London ON) does not have a hand and stone and would require travelling to GTA

I was highly satisfied with the service itself. The massage therapist is clearly experienced. The front desk staff are friendly and polite but it still ‘feels’ like a corporate business atmosphere at reception. Other hand and stone locations I’ve been to felt much more spa-like and relaxing. Once you’re in the treatment room though, it’s very relaxing.

Receptionist on phone and in person was not a great experience. Massage therapist Bella was excellent

It was the last minute appointment. They were very accommodating. I was happy I got to relax.

Prefer not to have esthetician try and sell me products. If get they probably have too but I don’t like being put in a position to have to say no. It’s awkward. I found the cost higher than I normally pay for better facials with more experienced estheticians.

I wish the facial was focused more on massaging than gentle application and touch

The music was absolutely awful. The manager has been told before that the music does not create a spa like experience but yet he says he cant do anything about it because it comes from Head Office. Only a man would say this and he did. Never again will I return.

The music playing was not spa music of which from previous experiences would have been nice to have. I appreciate explanation of the products used on me. The products didn't feel 'rich' or seemed scarcely used.
