I enjoyed the experience, the room and bed was very comfortable. I felt really relaxed and liked that the esthetician explained each step as she did my facial. I appeciated that the product recommendation was a subtle suggestion and I didn't feel pressured into buying $$$ in product afterwards.

Rizal was amazing and did a fantastic job listening to my concerns and applying the correct pressure. The Esthetician also did a great job and I ended up getting the microderm abrasion too which made my skin feel soft and clean.

My massage therapist was unable to keep my initial appointment due to personal emergency. The reception and massage therapist worked very hard around my schedule in order for me to still receive a massage that day. Very much appreciate the service.
