The ambience of the room was not too pleasing. We were hoping for a dimmed room with relaxing music - the lights were too bright and the calming music was faded. Disappointed with the ambience.

Nothing in this world is ever perfect. I have no complaints.

I asked for a but harder pressure, but the therapist did it for a little while, and return to the original pressure.

My massage therapist was great! The only problem was I had booked a 50minute hot stone massage with the 10 minute add on and the foot treatment. I thought My appointment should’ve been at least an hour for the massage and then the foot treatment and it was done in an under an hour

There is always room to improve.. And I didn’t like the fact that the price increased when I agreed to some light treatment , Literally took 3 minutes or less and cost 40 $ I wouldn’t have agreed if I had known that

Therapist was hard to understand, did not get the hand add on but did an overall good job. Will book again

I was really satisfied. No issues whatsoever. The reason I would not come back is the cost after the intro massage is too high for me. But definitely will recommend.

Firstly, the wear and tear of the slippers given were not acceptable. They looked very worn, were way too big, kept falling off my feet and when worn, very thin and uncomfortable. Secondly, I have sciatic issues, meaning it is a bit uncomfortable to be laying on a table for any length of time. My esthetician did provide a "small" roller to put under my knees but this is not enough, a triagular proper pillow should be given to those that have back issue - I believe this would be a good investment for your clients. Thirdly, although the music was on in the room, I could hear people laughing and talking outside our room through most of my appointment. Not sure whether the walls are just too thin but care should be taken that since we were in what was called the "silent area", I would expect it to be quiter than it was. First time clients should be told be arrive at least 10-15 minutes prior to their appointments when making their bookings due to having to fill our a client intake form.
