Hand and Stone

I was very impressed that Hand and Stone was able to fit me and my husband in for a couples massage with very little notice. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing. My massage therapist was amazing! He did such a great job. Will definitely be going back.

I was able to request an appointment and get in the same day, which was great. Upon my arrival I was instantly greeted and brought to my treatment room. My facial it’s listened and made sure she understood my skin concerns and goals. Overall my experience was excellent. I most definitely recommend and will be returning.

They offer all the services I would want. Very friendly and professional. Explained all their membership services very well.

Water fountain not working for guests and staff.

Leon was great. He was very professional and knowledgable and I appreciated him informing me what to expect each step of the way. I'm not always able to relax as much when having a massage, especially since I asked for (and received) deeper pressure so I can only attribute that to Leon making me feel adequately safe. I also really enjoyed my facial and felt very relaxed and rejuvenated.

When booking the appt the receptionist booked wrong and then they called to cancell the appt due staff quiting i was upset having to be reacheduled twice
