Loved that I could walk in and get an appt that day. Loved that the area is clean and inviting. The receptionist is friendly and helpful and most of all I came in wanting a relaxation massage to ease aches and pains and left feeling amazing

My visit with the substitute for my regular technician did not satisfy my treatment although she did much better than the first one. Hopefully my regular technician will be able to return on my next visit

Used lots of oils during massage which was good. I enjoyed the sitting room and the water filler station after; the water tasted very good. Massage pressure was not hard enough though. The lady could not provide enough pressure and ended up using a massage gun to do some of it, which was not worth the money because I have my own at home.

The cost of the facial is expensive alongside the massage! But it is very nice that there are frequent discounts I can take advantage of

More pressure and longer duration of scalp massage would have been nice. Extractions were part of facial but was not needed, would have been nice to have another add on in place of that

I was told I could not use the available credits I had in my account to be applied to my facial because they have coded it as one appointment. Which is a lie because I received two different emails regarding the two services I booked . Furthermore the website is horrendous to use and is very difficult to book anything through .

No particular reason. I just don't rate at the top of the scale, unless my experience is beyond compare. But I must say Hand & Stone was what I expected. Thanks very much.

The massage therapist pressure is not enough for me. I have to change another therapist next time. For facial, I think my face might be allergic to it or maybe it is the side effect after facial? It is very sensitive right now. I will observe for a few more days
