I have an older Pandora bracelet and was unsure how the charms worked. Luiza was very helpful, helped me pick two new charms and rearranged all my charms for me.

Larissa and Patricia were ABSOLUTELY amazing! They both were very knowledgeable and kind!! They helped me solve a problem with my bracelet, offered great tips, and helpful advice for how to keep it beautiful! I wish that I lived closer to this location!! Give these ladies a raise!!!! Loved you guys! Your approach and attention to detail was GREAT!!
