The sales person that assisted me was very helpful and friendly. She was patient and knowledgeable about the charms and bracelets. Also, there was a 50% off after Christmas sale, so I made sure I purchased a charm and I purchased a pretty bracelet for such a reasonable price.

They were closing on Christmas eve. And still took time to answer our questions and ring up our sale before leaving for holiday

I arrived at pandora in west acres mall to get a bracelet cleaned. Even though the associate working didn’t have any help she was still able to clean my bracelet. She showed great empathy for my situation and was courteous the entire time. Following the cleaning she was able to assist me in purchasing more letter charms and was great through the whole process. Left Pandora very happy.

Beautiful well lit store. Displays showcased the product in a nice “easy to see” way. I have a poor vision and it was easy to see the product. Adequate staff, attentive staff. Friendly manager on duty. 1 on 1 service. Didn’t feel rushed
