On Sunday (Dec 4), I brought in 3 rings to Ontario Mills Mall to return - that I had bought in store a few days prior (Nov 30). Apparently, there was an error on the receipt where the actual ring sizes did not match up with the ones listed on the receipt, and that I should've checked that the correct codes and sizes had been scanned. I expressed confusion about the error because I had only bought those three exact rings from the store. The sales associate "C" told me that there was nothing I could do to receive a refund or even store credit - even though this error was not - in my opinion - the customer's fault. I asked if I could speak to the same sales associate (Shirley - she was fantastic) who had sold me the rings, to which "C" responded "she's not going to remember you because we see a billion customers a day" very rudely. Shirley later came over to us and immediately recognized me and listed what we had talked about very nicely. "C" abruptly walked away without saying a word. The manager Ashley eventually came by and ended up being very accomodating and gave me a full refund for the scanning error, and even gave me a free gift - a beautiful pink jewelery box!

Did not have many options for what I was looking for. And what was left was in high in price. What I ended up getting was not beautiful or even nice. It was very disappointing and I'm still thinking about returning it.
