The sales associates promptly greeted me as I entered the store and allowed me time to browse. She also made sure I was able to view stock that wasn’t show cases and was able to showcase certain items based upon my preferences.

the two persons helping me were absolutely amazing and i don’t usually even fill these forms out because i really don’t need the 10$ discount but i had to leave a review on these people they were super helpful especially for someone who doesn’t know anything about jewelry or what to get as a gift

Super nice place in the mall, all the workers were extremely nice and friendly. Tatum F. helped us out and was very professional and kind! Will definitely come back to the Spokane valley pandora!

Tylee was very helpful. Also hand my bracelet cleaned while I picked out another charm for it. Overall all associates were very helpful and communicated with enthusiasm. Love the new store and so close to home. :)

Wasn't too happy to hear I have to baby the ring I got as if it had technology in it. Don't wash your hands with it on, don't shower with it on, and don't sleep with it on. Cute ring and I may get more, but it seems like they're only a temporary wear type of ring, and not a all the time wear.

There is no spanish word pandora charms, the sales assistant only showed us 4 trays and never suggested anything else, she kept pushing us ti buy more after telling her we were only spending X amount.

I purchased a stopper it came off and I lost it. Now I have had to repurchase. I am very careful. I question the quality since it just came off. 45$ down the drain. I am new to your company. I don’t want to have to replace things because it breaks or does loose easily. I may need to stop shopping at your store.

I attempted to exchange a pair of earrings for a friend. My friend and I live out of town and rarely get to Spokane, so I offered to exchange for her. She wanted to exchange because the earrings were not latching correctly. At first, the associate told me I couldn't exchange because they were purchased over 30 days ago (it was 31 days). I explained I thought they had a warranty for a year. She spoke with the store manager and reported to me that the manager wouldn't allow me to exchange because I didn't purchase them. Very inconvenient. I then wanted to purchase two charms for my own bracelet. The first associate told me it was time for her to leave, and switched me to a second associate. The second one did not ask what liked and seemed genuinely disinterested in showing me charms. However she was more friendly than the first one and the manager, The manager came out of the back and didn't greet me at all. I was the only customer in the store. This experience was a major disappointment. Especially after I had just shopped at the River Park Square store a month previously where I received EXCELLENT customer service. I will not return to the Valley Mall store.
