I came to this store with my charm & bracelet issue. I was blown away how Natalie( team lead, handle all my requests and questions. She had patience, very customer oriented ,and she was determine to solve all my problems with my Pandora charms and bracelet. She made sure I left this store with smile. I wish there more people like her. She should train people how to treat customers and make them into long term Pandora friends and clients. Thank you so mocu . I will for sure be back in this store. I simply ended up shopping given the energy of the sales reps. The two girls were absolutely lovely! I loved how welcoming & helpful they were to myself, my friend, & even my little puppy! I was looking for graduation presents for my two younger sisters and they took so much time helping me come up with a gift and customize it. The patience, kindness, & energy was just what I wish all shopping store experiences were like & now such a special story behind this gift.

I was greeted as soon as I had walked in which as a customer made me feel acknowledged. When I needed an item the ladies were immediately available and ready. The store was nicely lit and clean, seriously a nice view. Such a welcoming view
