I was shopping with my son, for an anniversary gift for his girlfriend! The associates were unbelievably amazing in explaining & showing us everything! The bracelet we bought was the perfect gift as he can add on charms through their future experiences! we loved everything about our experience!

I received a gift, with a gift receipt, but because the person bought it more than 30 days before giving it to me I was not allowed to exchange it. I understand the store's policy, but believe there should be some consideration for gifts.

I purchased a bracelet and charm online. Unfortunately I had to go to two different Pandora store locations to complete my order. The sad part was that both locations had exactly what I wanted in a gift set. Gift sets which were not offered online and may have been a little cheaper. I'm not upset with the amount that I paid. I am a little dissatisfied that I had to drive to two different stores when both items were in gift sets at both locations. Online it reported that one item or another was out of stock at that specific location.

The computer systems were down so I was not able to make my purchase at the first visit. I had to go back to the store later in the day to make a purchase.

Bought charms on Black Friday for my mom and then went into a busy work week working from 7-7. It wasn’t clear upon ordering that the order would be put back after a certain time, even after calling I didn’t get it resolved. When I went back the initial discount wasn’t honored.
