The associate was so friendly- she knew exactly what she was talking about and was more helpful than anyone in any other jewelry store I have ever been to- the one negative to me was the fact that there were a lot of charms online that were not in the store- I would like to see more in store options.

Though it was a line, the team worked quickly and efficiently. I was very impressed with how they took time to service each customer as the line kept growing. They were patient and polite!!!

This was my first time ever purchasing any Pandora products. I came into the store a day prior and was able to get measured and a book to assist with my decision on a gift. Brook at the Summit Store#218216 location was very helpful the day prior. Going into the store on May 11th, Carlanda was very patient and knowledgeable. She help me make the right decisions.
