I was greeted immediately with a smiling salesperson. Robin B. asked questions and listened to what I was looking for then immediately took me to the items. Throughout the whole experience her personality, attentiveness, and knowledge made my first experience at Pandora a wonderful experience! I will definitely go back and hope she's there to assist me again.

The salesperson was very helpful and polite. What I needed was in stock. I was in and out of the store with what I needed quickly and without any hassles.

Christina m was the kindest person that has ever helped me in any store. She went out of her way to get a me a new necklace from the back because the first one had a know in it. She made my visit so perfect I will definitely be going back soon!

This was a newly opened store, and I was so happy that there was finally a store close by! The employees were so kind and helpful, because I had a lot of questions. I'd bought ring, earring and necklace sets from Pandora before, but I'd never had a bracelet or charms. They were very patient in explaining the differences in the bracelets, showing me how they were different, and letting me try them on to get the perfect fit.
