Lunch time from work, my time was short and limited. Your representatives are aware of every one walking in the store. The eye contact was noticed although they were all assisting other customers. I was greeted by many but I had to wait till it was my turn. Well, it was worth the wait. They have speed and they seem to know what they're doing. Samantha was very patient and knowledgeable as my representative. She listened carefully of what I was looking for and brought me few to choose. I finally made my decision and sales was completed in a sweet no rush activities. I am happy. I will go back again for some charms. Keep up the good work.

Pandora located on Fulton Street in Brooklyn is very welcoming. The Sale Associates acknowledge your presence immediately. They are very knowledgeable and helpful.

Pandora always gives the best customer service and is very attentive to what you want. The representatives always are welcoming and help you with what goesntongether when you are undecided .They provide options and explain what Pandora stands for. Always a great store to shop for a gift for yourself or a friend

I went to the Bklyn location it’s a new store!! The manger and sales person were great!! Very knowledgeable and friendly they both took time to show let me try on items!! They both chatted with me about items sales person I asked about from that location!!
