The store is new and it is few blocks from my job.

Great staff although it was closed for a couple days. But I waited until they were open.

The sales rep was super helpful. I was gifted charm by my sister a year ago and I lost it the same day. He helped me every way he can to replace it. Via email and contact number. So purchased the charm again with his help.

The assistant manager was very helpful and the store was crowded and he keep all the customers calm and the line moving fast as he assisted with the sale.

My sales rep Jesus was very patient with me and understood my budget. I am a disabled wheelchair bond individual and Jesus was very gentle with me. More sales reps should have his cheerful and patient mannerisms!
