Pandora is overpriced and never really over sells or discounts: i went in to make a purchase of one or more charms with a budget of 100 hoping for each charm to be the most 50 and went over the budget to 184: i dont shop there and have several bracelets but its not my style i love skulls and there are never ever any skulls

The item I wanted to purchase the sale associate was unable to find the barcode for the item bc the books they have the barcodes in was all over the place. And in the system it said it was 4 pair left when it actually was only the display ones left. Now of the items wet organized properly. But the sale associates did finally found the barcode after about 30 mins to complete my purchase.

I wanted to get 2 charms, I change my mind about one because I saw a other charm I wanted instead so I told the sales guy about it. But he charge my card for three instead of two guess he didn't understand what I meant. Now I have to call chase to see if the money went back on my card.

The associate working did not want to be there at all. She was talking low and monotone. She was slouched and bent over the counter with her head down.

The store manager at 440 Fulton street, Brooklyn Ny 11201 by the name of Steven is very incompetent lacks knowledge on returns and exchanges. He became very argumentative even when we proved to him that he was wrong. He should be demoted or fired for his lousy customer service. I will never return to this location while he works there. We had a very negative experience with this alleged manager is such a nice store.

The service in this store was bad. The sales representative was not helpful, misinfirmed me about availability of charms even though I pointed them on the store. The visit took over 60 minutes to finalize the purchase - from the beginning of the visit I already showed the items i was interested in buying. I precisely asked BEFORE the purchase about the promotion with bracelet and was informed it is available and I was shown a bracelet from Christmas edition - the new advertized one was not available. When i managed to finalize the purchase I was not given the bracelet, when I asked about it - i was told they no longer have the bracelet advertized nor the one they showed me. Yet other customers received it. The sales representative was throwing the charms, showed me the same charms event though i precisely said I already have those. The whole visit was long, unpleasant, i felt like an intruder just because I was a foreigner. i never experienced such service in any other Pandora store worldwide.

From the moment I came into the store the associate didn't seem like she wanted to be there and my entire visit felt rushed. Everytime I asked for something else to add to the purchase she took 5 minutes looking for each charm. With one of the charms the backpack I asked to see another one as the one I had looked a little tarnished, she asked me why and I'd like to choose on the one that looks the best. The store had no boxes for my charms she gave me a bag that appeared already used and I had to request another bag. Prior to this store I was at the Pandora in WTC and the service was absolutely stellar and personable.
