Maddy was amazing and helpful in every way possible. Because of her I was able to get my madre a great gift for her birthday. Maddy deserves all the recognition possible. I can see why she is the assistant store manager! People like her make it worth it!

The store was clean, the staff was nice and knowledgeable and willing to help. Glad to have a 2nd store in town so it’s not so crowded.

Laura the store manager was quite rude and took the charm pillow out of my hand when I was only trying to wrap the ribbon back since I removed the charm. “Give me that”. Kept asking if I was finished when I was still looking. I was the only one in the store with my husband. My husband and I just got into town from Central America. She seemed very entitled, I also work at a pandora and this is not at all how a customer should be treated. The attitude of those workers needs to be checked. Only came to this pandora because the other one in town had run out of items. Should’ve just ordered online to pick up in store so I did not have to deal with the bad service.

Associates are not very friendly. I’m not sure if they were not wanting to speak to me in Spanish or just plain ignoring the language preference. Told me “adios” when I left but didn’t speak to me when I was with her. Was not even told about survey but I’ve been to the other pandora in town so I know about it.

Store on a Virginia at suite 507. Original purchase just under a year ago, pandora moved to a new system and no longer had record of any purchase made. Lost a piece of a charm, explained to the extremely rude associate and manager that our purchase was no longer in the system and that we did not keep the original receipt from a year ago. Extremely disappointed of how the situation was handled and the mismanaged associate.
