After a terrible experience at a different store, I was prepared to not return to Pandora. The staff at this store was amazing. So kind. So fun. So helpful. Autumn is practically my new best friend. She was amazing and went above and beyond. Hailie also assisted and was wonderful. Everyone in the store was the best. This is now my favorite Pandora store. I will return!!!

Nandinerdene was who assisted us and she was so sweet, helpful, knowledgeable, pleasant and patient. We actually went in 2 the store 2 times. The first time was to look around and then went back to buy. We ask to have Nandinerdene assist us when we went back to buy.

I had Brittany as my sales associate earlier. She has mentioned that she's new to the job. Despite the fact that she is, she did pretty well. And i so love my purchase.

They were so welcoming and nice. They even got me the ring I wanted in less than 5 minutes! I absolutely loved my visit to the store.
