issue when apply to card, where customer service was called and took the checking out process 20mins to verity if the credit was approved or not. Received information after the call took a while.

I wasn’t highly satisfied because it was my first time it did grab my attention but not as much. Maybe also because i was in a rush so i didn’t have the time to look around but it was nothing bad.

First and last time to your store. Went to purchase a small inexpensive ring that was on display for $40. Or in the slot that stated the price was $40. When the salesperson rang it up by looking up the barcode, it was $45. She was like, oh well, someone must of put it in the wrong spot. She did not remove it from the display tray either. She did not notify her supervisor that there was an error. I know it was only a difference of $5, but it makes me wonder how many other pieces are displayed incorrectly. Very disappointed that she did not remove it from the wrong spot, so someone else can run into the same issue.

Was told that the necklace I purchased was real silver and would not turn colors and in less then 2 weeks it was nasty and had tk be taken back without excess wear or water or other damage (kept in air tight bag worn without perfume etc)
