Excellent customer service

I went into the store to return the Minnie Mouse ring topper that my husband ordered for me for Christmas. It was a half size too big. Despite not having my size in store in that particular ring, they made sure to go over all of my options with me. We ended up exchanging the ring, for 2 other rings.

Sales person, Sydney G, was very friendly and helpful. She took her time with me in selecting jewelry. She allowed me to try on several pieces and was patient.

The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I described a charm I had seen but hadn't yet located in their displays and the associate was able to go right to it and get it out for me to view. She also volunteered to put the charms I purchased on my bracelet for me. My daughter was new to Pandora and interested in the Avenger's line of charms and she took the time to show her all of the options.
