I originally came into the store for only a return but while there i also got a few extra charms for my other pandora braclet

The employee there helped me choose the pedants that I wanted and even kept it within my budget for that day. She was friendly the entire time and there wasn’t a single issue

I had always wanted a quality piece of jewelry at a lower cost but still some thing that I could give to a younger family member in due time. The service was quick and effective, I knew what I wanted just by looking and I was given time to try it on as well as purchase quickly.

I was purchasing my first pandora bracelet and I also went in to get my pandora ring cleaned. Although i own other pandora jewelry, i never owned a bracelet. the sales associates there helped me with knowledge about keeping my jewelry safe & clean!

I’m visiting my friend we decided to stop by Pandora because I wanted to see what the store was like. As soon as we walked in we were greeted and allowed to browse. The associate Sumya, noticed that I kept looking at the New York charms and went through what each of them were and showed me what they looked like. I ended up walking out with a charm which wasn’t my intention. But I am very happy with my purchase and the efficiency of the staff. If I lived in the area I would definitely shop there more! Sumya was lovely and her customer service was fantastic!

I was very pleased with my experience coming to this new Pandora location and would love to visit once again very very very very very very very very soon.
